General Labourer

Perform routine maintenance and inspections on machines at the start of each workday

Accurately follow instructions from team leads to complete assigned tasks efficiently

Assist in surveying tasks to ensure accurate measurements and site preparation

Prepare job sites by clearing debris, setting up necessary equipment, and ensuring the site is safe for operations

Strictly adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment for all team members.

Engage in various physical tasks including lifting and digging as required

Communicate effectively with team members regarding job site conditions, potential hazards, and task assignments.

Capable of working in diverse weather conditions and environments, maintaining productivity and safety

Must possess good physical stamina to handle the demands of the job, including extended periods of physical activity and heavy lifting

Good hand-eye coordination to effectively operate tools and machinery

Ability to work effectively in various weather conditions, from extreme heat to cold and wet environments

Strong understanding and adherence to safety protocols and procedures

Ability to work well within a team, following instructions and contributing to a collaborative working environment.

Effective communication skills to relay information clearly and accurately to team members

Prior experience in construction or a related field is preferred but not mandatory. Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks is essential
